I’ve now put this chili oil on everything from soup dumplings, to congee to avocado toast and it elevates it all. The slow build up of heat allows the flavored of the food to not be overtaken but instead enhanced by the heat an aromatics of the chili oil. 10/10 would recommend.
I absolutely adore the flavor of the oil. It burns with a soft heat like "a soothing embrace when you just need a calm and gentle warmth that fill your soul of comfort". My family fell in love with the flavor that complemented everything we put it on. It even tastes phenomenal on vanilla ice cream! And in the words of my nephew "You know, that oil you got......it's damn good".
