If your order didn’t hit the way you hoped, we’ll make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee on all direct orders placed through our website.
If you try our product and genuinely don’t enjoy it, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll issue a 100% refund.
No complicated process. No unnecessary hoops.
Because food products cannot safely be returned, we do not require returns for opened items.
Refund Eligibility
To help protect against abuse, the following limitations apply:
- Limit one satisfaction-guarantee refund per customer / household
- Applies only to products purchased directly from our website
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Excessive or repeated refund requests may be denied
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
